Some Stuff At Work

So I don't know how to arrange these things so they are in chronilogical order so I will leave you two to figure it out.
Last week at work was kinda crazy because I got really sick after the DC concert. So Brandy left and I went to work but I had to leave early because I was NOT feeling well. Last Wednesday when I finally felt better my assignment was to go up in a hot air balloon...( side note: I love reporting for this reason. Something different everyday and the chance to go up in a hot air balloon and tell everyone about it.)
About the Balloon... REno always has these really cute very traditional events throughout the summer. I mean THOUSANDS of people come from all over and everyone in town is all about it.. the buzz "did you go to the balloon races?"
so of course we cover these cozy little events and yours truly gets a birds eye view on what its like to fly in a hot air balloon.
It was awesome of course... you know one of those things you have to do before you turn 30... I was 7 years ahead of the game!
Its the weirdest feeling because you have this weird mix of emotions... a cross between serenity and insanity. There were 3 of us in LITERALLY a little basket that felt like it would topple over if you took the slightest step.
At the end I thought I would be okay but I actully got really sick. Apparently someone forgot to tell me that you aren't supposed to go to high altitudes when you are getting over a cold. Well the seriously severe migrane I had afterwards told me. I mean I was crying, dizzy, throwing up sick. YUCK!! but it was worth the ride.
